HOA DUES UPDATE – YEAR 2027
The newly elected HOA Board has met and discussed the community budget, current, and future expenses.
After careful consideration, the following HOA dues schedule has been unanimously board approved:

2026 HOA Dues: $600 (no change)

2027 HOA Dues: $800 (monthly breakdown below)
This decision was made in good faith and with the long-term best interests of the community in mind.
Since 2019 and assessment year 2020, the current $600 per year rate has remained unchanged and is no longer sufficient to fully cover all types of rising expenses while maintaining a healthy reserve fund for future projects and upgrades that are needed.

By announcing the 2027 HOA Assessment dues now:

Residents have advance notice to plan accordingly.

We reduce the chance of unexpected special assessments and deferred maintenance.

The FOW HOA Board will always be committed to transparency, responsible budgeting, and protecting the long-term value of our private community.

TOW-AWAY ZONES (FIRE LANE, MARKED PARKING ZONES OR AREAS)

VEHICLES DEEMED ABANDONED BY HOA OR SECURITY - 24 HR WARNING STICKER
-
WRECKED OR INOPERABLE VEHICLE(S) - 24 HR WARNING STICKER
-
EXPIRED LICENSE PLATE / REGISTRATION, INSPECTION, OR INSURANCE (LACK OF)
-
ANY TRACTOR TRAILER, INDIVIDUAL TRACTOR OR TRAILER PARKED UNATTENDED OR IN VIOLATION PER COVENANTS

VEHICLES DEEMED AS A HAZARD (LEAKING FLUIDS IN PRIVATE PARKING AREAS OR STREETS)

ANY VEHICLE HINDERING ACCESS TO GATE, DUMPSTERS, DRIVEWAY, SIDEWALK, TAKING UP TWO OR MORE SPACES, OR BLOCKING ANY VEHICLE FROM ENTERING OR LEAVING.

ANY VEHICLE PARKED ON GRASS, SIDEWALK, OR PARKED AS A NUISANCE TO ANY LOT LOCATED IN THIS PRIVATE COMMUNITY.
VEHICLES WITH REGISTERED HOA WINDSHIELD DECALS WILL BE NOTIFIED (WITH CURE TIME) THROUGH ANY FORM OF CURRENT CONTACT RESIDENT INFO ON FILE & THE PROPERTY ACCOUNT WILL BE FINED FOR ANY VIOLATION IN ACCORDANCE TO THE COMMUNITY RULES. OVERNIGHT ON-STREET PARKING IS PROHIBITED IN THIS COMMUNITY & VEHICLES ARE AT RISK OF BEING MOVED BY ANY EMERGENCY VEHICLE IF PARKED ON THE STREET AND IN THE WAY DURING A CALL. PLEASE CONSIDER THAT TIME IS CRUCIAL IN AN EMERGENCY SITUATION & THEY WILL NOT HESITATE TO MOVE YOUR VEHICLE OUT OF THE WAY. AS A COURTESY, ALL RESIDENT OR GUEST VEHICLES MUST NOT BLOCK ANY TRASH CONTAINERS OR BLOCK ACCESS FOR THE TRASH TRUCKS TO SERVICE RESIDENTS BI-WEEKLY.
